The ease and time-saving recipes that can be made in the Instant Pot, make cooking primarily from scratch a much more attainable goal. From yogurt to bone broth to egg bites, the possibilities are truly endless with this kitchen appliance!

One of my favorite things to make in the Instant Pot is soup. Nothing beats a one-pot meal, especially one that requires minimal effort and hands on time without sacrificing flavor. Adding these Instant Pot soup recipes to your dinner rotation will take the guess work out of the daily question, “So, what’s for dinner?”.

I use bone broth as the base to all of my soup recipes. Before I started using the Instant Pot simmering bone broth on the stove top was a process that took 24 hours. Now using the Instant Pot. I can have nutritious bone broth ready to go in about three hours. It has definitely been a game changer in my kitchen! Anything that allows me to make healthy food in a shorter amount of time is a winner in my book.


Instant Pot Butternut Squash Soup

Curry Trail created this smooth and creamy Butternut Squash Soup recipe. This recipe is vegan and gluten-free!  The addition of red peppers and curry powder add a little heat to the naturally sweet butternut squash and apples used in this recipe.


Instant Pot French Onion Soup

Garden in the Kitchen perfected this French Onion Soup in the Instant Pot by adding Bone Broth Collagen to increase it’s health benefits. The addition of a crusty baguette paired with the soup makes for a satisfying meal. While this soup requires a bit more time than some of the others listed, it is well worth the wait!
