20 Simple and Nutritious Instant Pot Dinner Recipes

Keeping dinner quick and simple is essential for most people. I have found that writing down a meal plan at the beginning of the week and then writing down my grocery list based off of the meals I have planned, not only helps my family to eat healthier but also saves us money. By meal planning, I am able to buy groceries that I know we will need and it helps me to buy less random, processed food.

One of the things I love about the Instant Pot is that I don’t have to block out huge chunks of time to cook dinner. If prep-work is done in advance, I can have dinner ready in under 30 minutes (depending on the recipe). There are times that I like to spend more time in the kitchen cooking things like bread, but on a typical weeknight I like to plan dinners that are easy to prepare while still being nutritious and filling.

The list compiled below includes many different healthy and nourishing recipes all made in your Instant Pot. If you are struggling with making dinner on a regular basis or are tired of the same old thing, you will love these unique recipes!
