This juice is perfect for breakfast or an afternoon pick-me-up! This recipe is my son’s favorite. If you are having trouble getting your kids to eat all of their fruits and vegetables, juicing is a great start. This recipe contains a higher fruit to vegetable ratio, so it has a more fruity taste than other juices. Pineapple is a great source of the enzyme, bromelain, which has potent anti-inflammatory properties and can help soothe sore muscles and joint pain. Refreshing Green Citrus Juice
This is a delicious citrus juice that will leave you feeling energized and refreshed!
- 2 cups pineapple (approx. 1/3 of a pineapple)
- 2 oranges
- 1 medium cucumber
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 knob ginger (peeled)
Wash all ingredients thoroughly
Slice pineapple and cucumber
Peel and slice oranges
Add produce to juicer and enjoy!
