I love paleo recipes, so I’m glad there’s a book that makes them easy! I haven’t made many crockpot recipes, but I know a lot of people are huge fans of them. I think I need to show them this list of books.

I’m coming to you through Megan’s LoveFamilyHealth newsletter. You ladies were the featured blogger in her newsletter yesterday. I’m going to be starting Lee Holmes’ 4-week Heal Your Gut program next month and I have a feeling that this appliance will come in handy. My meals will be mostly liquid, at least for the first 4 weeks, so it looks like I’ll need to invest in this to make it easier to prepare. What size is your pot?

We have both the 6 and 8 qt instant pots. We would recommend the 6 qt if it’s just for you or a small family. If you have a larger family, the 8 qt would be a better choice. You will love it! Cooking soup in it is very quick and convenient. Good luck with your program! 🙂
