Silicone Mold for Egg Bites

One of the easiest things you can make in the Instant Pot are Starbucks Egg Bites. They are delicious and made with a few simple ingredients. You can find the recipe here! These Silicone Egg Bites Mold make this recipe so simple for breakfast on the go. The molds are safe to use in the freezer, microwave and oven also.

Cheescake Pan

I recently discovered that desserts can be made in the Instant Pot! Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, I stumbled across a recipe for cheesecake.Yes, please! These cheesecake pans can fit in the 6 and 8 Quart pots. The Cheesecake Pans  are also great for making lasagna.

Steamer Basket

This Vegetable Steamer Basket makes it easy to prepare healthy meals.  The basket is sturdy and keeps the vegetables elevated out of the water, which results in perfectly steamed veggies every time! The handle makes it easy to remove from the pot. It fits both the 6 and 8 Quart Instant Pots.

Stainless Steel Inner Cooking Pot

Having an extra Inner Cooking Pot makes it convenient to prepare several dishes.  While one of the inner pots is being used, you have an extra one to trade out to minimize cooking time. It can also be used to store leftovers in the refrigerator!

Multi-Purpose Insert Pans

These Stackable Stainless Steel Steamer Insert Pans allow multiple foods to be cooked at the same time. This is called the pot-in-pot (PIP) method of cooking. This basically means you are taking another dish and placing it in the Instant Pot to cook your food. Cooking with this method reduces the time it takes to prepare a meal and makes for easy clean up. It also works well when heating up leftovers.

Glass Lid

Purchasing a glass lid is helpful when using the slow cooker and saute functions. It allows you to see in the pot without taking the lid off.  It can be used in the oven up to 428 degrees and is  also dishwasher safe. This pairs well with extra inner cooking pot to store leftovers in the refrigerator.

Sealing Rings

Purchasing replacement sealing ring are a must! I use one sealing ring when cooking bone broth , and other strong smelling dishes, and the other ring when making sweet things such as cheesecake and yogurt. The sealing rings tend to absorb the scent of what is being cooked, so it is good to have a few extra on hand. They are dishwasher safe and BPA free.

Stackable Egg Steaming Rack

Making hard-boiled eggs in the instant pot is SO simple! With this stackable steamer rackyou can have a healthy snack in just minutes.  This also can be used to cook vegetables or be utilized as a cooling rack. You won’t be disappointed when buying this sturdy and easy to clean accessory.

Silicon Pot Holder

These pot holders were made to help grip the inner pot or other accessories when removing them. This comes handy especially when trying to remove heavy foods from the pot such as a whole chicken. The non-stick pot holders fit inside each other for easy storage.

Porcelain Ramekins are safe to use in the Instant Pot and offer numerous options for pot-in-pot cooking. Use these to make single-serve desserts and casseroles. They are oven safe and are a versatile addition to any kitchen.

The Instant Pot is a brand of pressure cooker. I have never used any other type of pressure cooker so I can’t speak to their similarities and differences. We love the Instant Pot though!

I think I like the fact I don’t have to baby sit it … fill it up, set it, and walk away. It will cook, and then hold the food on warm for up to 10 hours. Not having to watch it and I can leave the room or the house is amazing to me. Done it several times now and it is perfect each time.

That depends on how much pressure your pressure cooker uses. Some go as high as 15 lbs. and that is too high for instant pot recipes. InstantPots don’t go that high.

I absolutely love my Instant Pot and have had the silicone gloves and veggie steamer on my list for a while now. Curious about the multi pan insert, is there another use aside from steaming veggies with the meal? I’m always wanting to prep my main course and some rice or mashed potatoes at the same time!

I really like the 2 pair tongs to be used with the Instant Pot. They have a spring, clamp tightly, and can be used singularly or by clamping one on each side of the pot. I prefer them over the silicone gloves because they don’t slip, and you can easily take out the inner pot, trivet, or pot in pot without your hands coming close to the heated surface.

Most, if not all users want another Instant Pot soon after trying their’s. lol The next best thing is a spare liner. The one mentioned here is the same one that comes with the unit. There is another one that’s ceramic and is more friendly to rice and other dishes that tend to stick to the bottom of the pot.. Not sure about the US, but the ceramic liner is actually about $10 or $12 cheaper than the stainless in Canada. That’s the first accessory I’m interested in buying.
