Coarsely chop the tomatoes, peppers, garlic, onion, and cilantro. Remove the seeds from the tomatoes and peppers.
Place the chopped ingredients in a blender or food processor.
Pour in the lime juice and sprinkle in the salt.
Blend the ingredients together for about 15 seconds or until desired consistency is reached. Just pulse a few times if you prefer larger chunks of tomato and pepper.
Chill the salsa before eating if desired. It can be covered and stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
