Immune Boosting Herbal Tea

Servings 24 cups


  • 1/2 cup Peppermint Tea Leaves
  • 1/2 cup Dried Rosehips
  • 1/4 cup Dried Elderberries
  • 1/4 cup Nettle Leaf


  1. Combine all ingredients together in a bowl and mix well.

  2. Store at room temperature in a tightly sealed container.

  3. To make one cup of tea: Pour boiling water over 1 tbsp dried tea mixture. Allow to steep for 10-15 minutes. Sweeten with honey if desired.
